Delivery Terms
Last updated 16 July 2026
1. How services are delivered
All services are delivered electronically and remotely from the United Kingdom: deliverables as digital documents (PDF and/or editable formats stated in the product description or SOW), sessions by video call. Nothing is shipped physically. On-site attendance is by prior written agreement only, with pre-approved expenses recharged at cost. Our business hours are 09:00–18:00 UK time, Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays; “business day” and “working day” mean these days.
2. Self-serve reports, diagnostics and packs
The clock. Delivery is due within 10 working days from our receipt of your complete intake inputs, unless the product description states a different period. On purchase you receive an input checklist and a scheduling link; the delivery clock starts only when all checklist items are received and pauses day-for-day while inputs are incomplete, inaccurate or awaited.
Kick-off. Where a product includes a kick-off or scoping call, we offer slots within 5 working days of purchase.
What’s included. Each product’s published description defines the deliverables and inclusions. Unless stated otherwise, each report includes one round of consolidated feedback — written follow-up questions or factual corrections, submitted together within 10 business days of delivery. Additional analysis, re-runs on new data, workshops or extra rounds are available as paid add-ons.
Support window. The delivery call completes the engagement. Written questions are answered for 10 business days after delivery; past that window, further support is available through the Follow-up Session or an advisory engagement.
Acceptance. A deliverable is deemed accepted 10 business days after delivery unless you notify material non-conformance with the published description in writing within that period (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for remedies).
3. Scoped projects (Design and Direct)
Timeline. The SOW states the delivery plan: phases, milestones, indicative elapsed duration and the dependency schedule. Published durations on the website are indicative elapsed times assuming timely dependencies, not commitments.
Effort vs elapsed time. Quoted durations are elapsed calendar estimates; they depend on the client-side dependencies in the Terms (inputs, access, decision turnaround within 5 business days, stakeholder availability). Client delays extend affected dates day-for-day; material delays are handled through change control.
Milestone delivery and acceptance. Each milestone deliverable is deemed accepted 10 business days after delivery absent written notice of material non-conformance. Acceptance of a milestone closes that milestone’s scope; reopening accepted milestones is a change order.
4. Retainers, advisory and fractional engagements
- Service allocation (days, hours or sessions per month) is stated in the SOW; scheduling is agreed monthly in advance.
- Target response time for advisory queries within scope: 1 business day. Targets are service aims, not contractual service levels, and do not constitute a warranty.
- Unused allocation does not roll over beyond one month unless the SOW states otherwise.
- Fractional engagements are delivered on the agreed day(s) pattern; we may reschedule specific days by agreement without change to the monthly fee.
5. If we are late
If we anticipate missing a delivery date for reasons within our control, we will notify you promptly with a revised date. If, for reasons solely within our control, a self-serve deliverable is more than 20 working days late against Section 2, you may cancel the undelivered element for a full refund of the fee paid for that element. Delay caused by client dependencies, change orders or force majeure does not count toward this threshold. This is the exclusive remedy for late delivery, and time is not otherwise of the essence.
6. Delivery risk and records
Electronic delivery is complete when the deliverable is sent to the client contact email or made available for download and notified. We retain deliverable copies and engagement records for 6 years after delivery (aligned to the limitation period for contract claims); personal data gathered in talent research is retained no longer than 12 months after delivery, after which it is deleted or anonymised, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Force majeure
Events beyond either party’s reasonable control suspend affected delivery obligations per the Terms and Conditions of Business.
